How come my foreskin is so red? How do I get rid of the redness?

Hey, For the past little while my foreskin has been really red. Its not itchy, its not painful, and ive never had sex so its not an std. I am 18 years old and I just want to get rid of the redness. Anyone know what might do the trick?
