Why is my bum bum still itchy?

Ever since the year 2000 December 1st 00:00 sharp I'm guessing my bottom started growing spots and saggy crinkly wrinkly prickles and ever since I itch it about 1000 times a day and I get teased for it and get called bum feeler upper pervert head and now its so embarrassing
