Itching burning swelling "down there" after using new brand of condom?

okay so i had sex last saturday, and was itchy for the last couple days and every so often (not constant) i would have a slight burning sensation. this was only after using a brand of condom that i have used before but not in a while. the itching went away more and more every day, and yesterday (wednesday) it was almost gone...then last night in the heat of the moment we used those condoms again, and it burned when we used them and I am now swollen...does this sound like an allergic reaction?
