Small skin-colored slightly itchy bumps on arms and back of legs.?

I have a history of eczema but it's been under control for years. I've had these small bumps for about a week now. I thought it would go away, but they've stayed and seemed to even spread a little. My mom and sister got them the same time I did so I think it is contagious. They're only where I have hair (if that's significant) I'm African American (If that's significant) I have alopecia (If that's significant) I have eczema (If that's significant). They aren't anywhere else. Help?
