Bikini wax- after treatment?

So I got my bikini line done for the first time on Monday and everything was perfect, it didn't hurt that much and my skin was recovering well. But today the skin on the bikini line has gone red and has a rash, it's not so much sore as incredibly itchy- so so itchy. I've put moisturiser on a couple of times which eased it for about 10 minutes but I need a better solution. Please help!! I'd really appreciate it!
