Sore nipples for two weeks and period came yesterday with bad cramps?

They have been sore for two weeks and my period came yesterday and its red and lighter than usual and I have had terrible cramps. My nipples are itchy now could I be pregnant or are my boobs just growing and that's why they have been sore? I'm 18.
