How do I restore my droid bookmarks?

I got a replacement droid 2 and none of my bookmarks were on it when I switched the sd card & sim card as I had hoped they'd be and I have SEARCHED for a way to get them back, believe me! It is very important to me. There were pages I had bookmarked that there's no way I'll find again surfin the web. Please tell me of way to get those bookmarks onto this phone, please and thank you.
