Razor burn or herpes? ?

This morning I shaved and I tonight i found I bump on my left cheek half on the crack half on the cheek. I am very worried I have only been with one person and they have been checked and is clean. I am not sure what it is. It doesn't look like a blister it's just a cluster of bumps. I'm only 17 so I am very nerves! I have been rubbing and picking at it so now it's kinda swollen. Any ideas? It doesn't hurt and it not itchy!
