Can you take 2 25mg Benadryl at a time?

Because i have been sick for about a week now, and just dont feel good at all. I am on my period, my back hurts, i am having shocking pains in my side, my stomach has been acting up, i have a headache, and ontop of all of that i got sunburned and i am having an UNBEARABLE itch. It says benadryl will help, but idk if i can take 2 or not and i threw out the packaging like an idiot lol. I just want to be knocked out because im sick and on top of that unbearably itchy, and it says the benadryl will help the itch and knock me out which is what i want. I need a strong dose because of the itchiness. So long story short, can i take 2 25mg benadryl? I think i have before but i cant remember. Will it hurt me? I just really dont feel good. Thanks.
