Help my skin its peeling bad?

my skin is peeling from the sun. its peeled my whole back and scared what is happening i scratch and itch it but its only cause its itchy. i have been peeling it a little and its coming off in chunks. its bothering me a lot and dont know what i ahould do can anybody help me?
