How to access my Yahoo toolbar?

My Yahoo refresh toolbar button is stuck or something. I click the button to access my bookmarks, email etc. and I get nothing. What do I do? I tried reinstalling the toolbar. Nothing. I tried exiting Yahoo and rebooting. Nothing. What do I do?
