How will restore my windows7 in laptop from a target date?

i uninstalled firefox befor 2 days, i forget to save its bookmarks. so now i need that one and i tried to restore my system but i cant access restore from a date ( before one week ), system already suggest a restore point , but that restore point is occured before 1 hours. so how will restore my laptop from a date? or how will get my firefox bookmarks? please help me...................
