My breast hurt when I press on them and when I wake up?

I'm eleven and I just entered puberty on April 10 2011 and got my period.my stomach been hurting and I keep having gas and sometimes burping.when I press on my breast it hurts and when I wake up it also hurts.and it's tender,sore,and itchy sometimes.I'm really scared.what are these that's causing it?
