My skin on my face suddenly became rough. Can someone help me?

I usually have very soft skin. I woke up this morning and my skin on my face is rough when i touch it. When I look closely at my skin I can see a difference in the texture. Very small bumps the same color as my skin. My cheeks are red also. semi itchy .Does anyone know whats wrong ?
