POLL: google chrome, has anyone else noticed?

has any other of Chrome noticed that if you don't let it fully load that "recently visited pages" frame and try to prompt it to visit a link it goes to "addtab" as a url? wonder if that has to do with the time it takes to load it's add-ons (no toolbars, not a thing added to the browser other than bookmarks since installing).
