Right or wrong... i just want a few hours?

my eyes are always red and veinii the white part is no more they are itchy and dry i'm always tired i get headaches and my body aches off and on i have an infant who is 4 months but i do not know if this is why she always wants to be held and i get frustrated i don't like it can being an overwhelmed mother be the cause of the way im feeling. all i want is a few hours of solitude what should i do
