U torrent wont download?

ok i get the torrent to u torrent using a proxy on my web browser but then it wont do anything it says downloading then turns red is there any way that i can use a proxy on u torrent or what can i do there if anyone wants to msg me im at censer2002@yahoo.com because i will more than likely forget this site even if i bookmark it due to all of the sites i go to any help will be greatly appreciated never mind the part bout forgetting the site its a copy paste thing i put my ? in several places
