What is the easiest way to get rid of fleas? Please HELP!?

I started to wake up with bites on my legs, and at first I thought they were mosquito bites. However, soon enough I learned they were fleas because I caught one. The thing is that they ONLY bite me! It's so frustrating. I have vacuumed every day but it hasn't worked. I got really freaked out because I read that it's hard to get rid of them and that they multiply really quickly. Recently I read that they also live in your hair, and ever since then my head has been itchy. I don't know if I actually have fleas on my hair or if it's just me. I NEED HELP!
