What is wrong with my anus?

I'm a gay man in my early twenties and I am a bottom. Four months ago my boyfriend and I started to use Albolene as a lubricant for sex. I've noticed since then that sometimes my anus is very itchy, I have a small bump on the right side of my anus, and I have cauliflower like growths on the inside of my anus. Does anyone know what this could be?
