Why is my vagina itchy?

I am pretty young so I have never had sex or anything. My vagina has been itchy and when I looked down there there was red, dry patches leading up to the top of my vagina. There is no odor, no swelling, and nothing coming out of it. This has been going on for about a week or two and I don't know what to do. Please help!
