Four days after Permethrin treatment for scabies. Please Help!!?

My daughter was diagnosed with scabies on Monday,after two months of misdiagnosis and the scabies getting EXTREMELY WORSE, and we did the Permethrin treatment Monday night. Now new spots have appeared and the itchy is worse than before treatment. Is that normal?? We have cleaned everything, washed everything, swept everywhere. Is there anything else we can do to help with the rash? Anything to help it become less red or go away faster? I am at my wits end with this. PLEASE HELP
