Does anyone else have this problem with their skin?

So unfortunately my skin is very sensitive to a lot of products and more so recently first off I have mild acne on my back and chest that I feel is under control to a degree and then I believe I also have keratosis pilaris because I have these tiny goosebump looking things on my chest that won't seem to go away and after every shower I take my chest gets incredibly itchy I feel like I need a new product to try i am trying out amlactin for the KP but it does not seem to be doing any good i would like to try something new I just don't know what else to try
