Gas feeling in lower right abdomen??? Is it gas or somthing eles ?

Ok so i had this irritating feeling for a few days now in my lower right abdomin not really painfull in fact ive done ten pull ups with it and i think thats wen it started but i figured a hernia would be much more pain ful. It feels like this irritating itchy feeling its not severe unless i think about it or USUALLY if Im cold it feels more irritating. My parents also have gas pains my mom in her chest but my dad i think its his lower stomache to so idk. Is this a hernia or is it somthing related to my bladder or is it gas OR EVEN at the worst could I have a an intestinal inffection????? please help im 15 years old and im scared.
